This workshop is clear practical techniques tips that everyone no matter what fitness, level of flexibility or experience can benefit from these learnings.

I have been practising yoga for 30 years, with many great teachers; hatha, ashtanga, yin, restorative, vinyasa. I have probably been to thousands of yoga classes. In many major cities there are numerous studios, gyms where yoga classes are “taught” however it is often in these commercial spaces that you can pick up “bad habits” because the classes are not specifically learning and you are “going with the flow” following someone next to you who’s following the someone next to them etc. This is where the inspiration for these workshops has been born from.
